My girlfriend and I were referred to Cindy by my parents. After their experience they were consistently telling us to use Cindy to find our first home and it was the best decision we made in our home buying process! She is one of the hardest working individuals I have met. During a market with record low inventory she was still able to find us properties that fit our needs and gave us advice that kept us competitive. Sure enough we were able to find our home. I don't have enough good things to say about Cindy!

We met Cindy while seeing a townhouse she was the listing agent. We scheduled a viewing of it, loved the place but decided we didnt want to settle for inside unit in the complex. After the showing we had kept in contact with Cindy, she came out to our home to discuss what we were looking for in our next home. In a couple weeks she had a condo to show us, it was during this showing she mentioned that another Realtor had contacted her about a townhouse from the complex where we had met her. This Realtor was listing agent for an end unit coming to market in a couple months. Cindy was able to get us a showing and we purchased it. We got lucky, or was it fate?! We purchased the townhouse! Cindy worked with us to get our house ready for market, she was great with the big picture and the fine details. We put our house on the market on a Friday, had 7 showings, 3 offers that day. By Sunday, our house was sold! The process was easy! Cindy was EXTREMELY responsive to every call. She worked with us on all the little bumps that came up and gave us all the options and let us chose what was right for us. On moving day, we realized we were running out of room in the Uhaul and I called to ask can we do a 2nd trip? She dropped her plans for the day and came up with her SUV and loaded up and helped with the rest of the move. We pulled out of our old home with all our belongings as the new buyers were driving up. She was a lifesaver! Cindys knowledge of this crazy market, how to maneuver it was what kept us going. Her calm demeanor was unbelievable and it personally kept me from losing it multiple times during the process. I cant imagine what it would have been like without her as our Realtor. She was AWESOME.
