We had a problematic transaction because of a pipe that burst shortly before the closing, flooding the condo we were purchasing, and postponing the closing and moving by 6 fraught weeks. Christopher and team did a superb job of staying in touch with the listing agent and keeping us abreast of progress. Ultimately, it was a smooth closing and we know that is due to all of the work the Christopher and his team did to make this transaction come together!

Christopher and his team went above and beyond for me. My search took about 2 years, during the pandemic, and Christopher was patient and thoughtful. I'm sure he knew the right place before I did, but he allowed me the time I needed to make my decision. When we didn't get an accepted offer on the first unit, Christopher sought another unit that had been taken off the market without selling and I was able to purchase that one. Even after we had an accepted contract, Christopher's staff did a great job making sure I had met all the deadlines for mortgage approval, homeowner's insurance and document review. It was like have a real estate concierge. I would highly recommend Christopher and his staff to help in a home search or sale.
