Jordan Hubred

I've been meaning to write this recommendation for years now, which tells you a little about me but more about Jordan. Jordan was a joy to work with. He handled our unusual needs and priorities with grace, and my anxiety throughout the process with kindness. He was truly good at both listening to and hearing us, and he was honest and understanding, even when our needs made his job harder. He was extraordinarily responsive and very on top of all of the weird and complicated parts of buying a house - we would have been lost without him. He made us feel in control, didn't mind explaining things, and was very patient throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone!

Jordan made the whole process, which I was kind of dreading, fun, less complicated and not stressful. There was never any pressure at any point and he was very transparent and open about what he thought about the houses we were looking at and during negotiations. If/when we sell the house he helped us purchase, we will definitely go with him to sell it and buy another.

Jordan was our realtor for us while we bought our first home. He was thoughtful, patient, and insightful through the entire process, giving us advice and listing the pros and cons of each house we looked at. He was also hugely helpful during the negotiating process, giving us insight into how he thought the sellers would react to price negotiations - and his insight was basically exactly right. He helped us find a house that we love, helped us negotiate the price lower for meaningful cost savings, and was a wealth of knowledge for all sorts of home buying and owning advice. We recommend him as a realtor with the greatest enthusiasm!

Jordan was the best realtor we could have asked for. As first-time buyers, he did a great job at walking us step-by-step through the process and explaining the more complicated aspects of home-buying, spending lots of time with us as we got a feel for the market. When we found our house, he advocated for us with the sellers' realtor and made sure the purchase agreement was a fair and honest. He was in our corner throughout the whole process, and is genuinely a really wonderful and caring person. I couldnt recommend working with him more!
