Greater MSP Homes Team w/ ReMax Results

This is literally the first review I've ever written about a business I have worked with - but am excited to make this my first one as I'm that pleased with how everything went working with the Greater MSP Homes Team - specifically Thang Holt. We approached Thang, unsure if we'd move or not. He very patiently worked us through almost two years of showings before we finally found "the house" - I felt no pressure along the way or no feeling that we were "those clients" - simply a passion for helping us find the right thing for our family and a lot of good advice. Passion is probably the word that encompasses Thang the most! I had trouble not using it a dozen times while writing this review. Thang has an eye for details when touring homes and knowledgeably pointed out a lot of things (both positive and negative) I wouldn't have otherwise noticed. He became a friend along the way and talked us through some of the emotional aspects of this move in a way that a friend would! Though it all, he displayed utmost professionalism, an attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for helping his clients. Our purchase and sale both went very smoothly with outstanding outcomes for us. We are now living in a home we love, in large part thanks to the Greater MSP Homes Team!

We are first time home buyers coming from halfway across the country and could not have asked for a better real estate team. Came across MSP Homes by chance while looking for agents and went with them based on online reviews. Thang and Tim left us confident every step of the way that we had agents who were sincerely invested in finding the best home for us. We had the added pressure of trying to find a home within a shorter time frame as we only wanted to bid on homes that we saw in person. We had our first zoom meeting with Thang where we shared what we were looking for in a home and our preferences based on location, commute, etc. and from there we were connected with Tim. Thang and Tim talked us through the best approach given our situation and worked with us to flag homes ahead of time and also strategized how to maximize the 4 days we had in town. Before we arrived in Minneapolis, they did walk throughs of several homes that we had favorited online and sent us videos. This helped us get a sense of which properties we were really serious about. While touring properties, Tim did an amazing job explaining the pros and cons of each house as well as things to consider (very helpful for first time home buyers). Tim also helped us tour properties that came on the market the weekend we were in town (given how fast places were going). We naturally had many questions that came up during the process and Thang and Tim were always accessible via text/e-mail. Finally, the team was a tremendous help in facilitating communication between the builder and lending company. Confident in saying the MSP Homes Team made this stressful process much less stressful than it could have been. We are very grateful to have the home of our choice.

I dont have enough words to describe the positive experience my husband and I had with the Greater MSP Homes Team. Thang was referred to us by friends and we could not be more satisfied. As first time anxious home owners, Thang made us feel safe and secure throughout the whole process while teaching us everything we need to know. Highly recommend this awesome team! 5 stars are not enough!

Thang and team at Greater MSP Homes w/ REMAX were 5-stars! From day one, Thang was so engaging and professional that I knew I had found the right realtor. I was so impressed with his communication and patience by answering all my questions along every step of the way. Additionally, I couldnt be happier with his attention to detail, tenacity, and wealth of knowledge of the market too. Thang made this process of buying and selling my home effortless (challenging to do in this market).
