Lotus Restaurant

I used to go here often and they were very gracious with the servings and had awesome service. I ordered a coffee with light ice and she didnt fill it all the way and put so much ice that I couldnt even put the straw in. :( I told her and she was super condescending in her tone and said shed have to charge $3 extra just to fill it up all the way. Honestly super unfortunate because I loved supporting small businesses like lotus, but with the skimping I dont know if I can anymore.

Phenomenal meal and excellent service!!! Recommend the sesame chicken, wontons, and the egg rolls!!

Arrived at 8:30 to be told they were no longer seating people because they closed at 9. Takeout only.

Got take out. Excellent food! Service was prompt. The atmosphere for dine-in folks looked limited, but comfortable.

From WI and came here for lunch during a Conference in downtown Minneapolis. Got here before the lunch rush and was able to get a seat at the bar table as I was by myself. Ordered a lunch special which consisted of chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, and 2 steamed pot stickers. You could choose different main and side dishes off the menu. All for $11.99. also ordered a fresh squeeze lemonade which I didn't receive until I was finished with my food and reminded them. I had no real issue with that as I got my food super fast and had water to drink while eating. Everything was great. Lo mein was a bit different as they used some really thin noodles and it was slightly crispy at some parts. Maybe just the way it's meant to be here but I didn't mind that much. Food tasted great still and service was good. Not a big place if you come with a big party so be cautious. I would come again if given the opportunity.
