North Memorial Health Clinic - Camden

Been told for months that my GP Selladurai was not accepting appointments and just found out today she hasn't even been working here for months. So why do all of your staff lie to me saying that she's still there. And why was I never told that my GP was no longer going to be there. I would like to be contacted back regarding this issue.

Do not ignore the negative reviews! I had an appointment at 4pm, by 4:10 the nurse had checked me out, brought me to my room. It was a physical but I warned them ahead of time that I had cold symptoms. I was feeling so sick that I fell asleep in the room, woke up 40 minutes later and no sign of the doctor. I finally went to the front desk at 5 because it was CLOSING TIME and asked if they forgot about me. They told me the doctor was running late, but nobody came in to update me on that. I could have died alone in there. In a CLINIC! I told them to please reschedule, but they couldnt guarantee they wouldnt charge my insurance for the appointment when I was technically NEVER SEEN BY A DOCTOR!! I was happy that I scored low on my depression/anxiety questionnaire before going in, only to come out more anxious and depressed than ever before!!

Outstanding doctors and staff, but outrageous billing practices. I was billed $356 for a 20 minutes telehealth phone call. :/ Be careful if you're seeking care here! My advice is to get a written quote before accepting care from North Memorial! This isn't the first time they've tried to charge me with egregious bills. So beware anytime you're dealing with them, at whichever location you do!

This place is ridiculous. It's getting worse all the time! They are inept at the simplest things, like keeping track of the appointments they make with you.
