If I could give more than the 5 stars that are available I would. I needed my daughter's health summary updated so she could start daycare ASAP, and they were able to live up to the challenge. Within a matter of hours Beth was able to help me get everything squared away!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

The receptionist Ruby is MORE THAN RUDE, she has a BAD attitude and treated me like dirt. First off no where on google does it state that the clinic has moved, I called back to let them know I'm in the new building the only said it's on the 4th floor and I asked for the suite number, I have watched 7 people walk in and go before my daughter and my daughter was never checked in because they don't know her name, I'm highly upset and will NOT be coming back here. Ruby also stated there is nobody in charge. She is the worst receptionist I ever met anywhere, she has a smart mouth.

This place has gone down hill since loosing all there long term employees at the Edina office! They were the BEST and now they have no familiar faces anymore and none of the staff are confident or good at shots or blood draws! Wouldnt recommend this place at all anymore! So sad! Cant believe they let everyone good go!
