MNGI Digestive Health - Northeast Minneapolis Clinic

We took our 1 year old in for issues with spitting up, after his pediatrician referred us. Upon entering the room, Dr. Sudel commented about my son being chunky. He argued with us when we stated that it is because he is short. After looking at his growth chart, he went on to say that my son's BMI is high and will keep going up so we will need to buy him a treadmill soon (my son who JUST STARTED CRAWLING!). He also didnt give us any help or suggestions for our issues. He spoke fast and did not listen to our concerns.

Look over your bills carefully. they will try to bill you for things that you didn't get. office people all incredibly rude. should be investigated by the state.

Horrible experience. I brought my toddler there for chronic constipation issues. The Dr we saw told me that my 1 year old daughter would likely be potty trained before my son and that I should be prepared for him to get bullied. What a horrible experience for a Mom! I left in tears and will NEVER be back- EVER!

Try to call for my "urgent referral" that my dr just sent in but was left on hold for 11 minutes without anyone saying anything only to be told they can't do anything. Leave me on hold for 11 minutes and I get nothing out of it an appointment over a year out and have been in the ER atleast twice a week due to severe pain and they tell me they can't do anything. What is this place for? To turn people away or make them feel like they shouldn't be seen?? Not happy. Got an appointment a year out but yet it was an urgent referral. Great customer service!!!
