Dr. Berman and Staff are incredible! Best Care Possible!

Ive been seeing Dr. Berman now going on 3 years. He is easily the best Dr that that has helped me with my migraines and that includes the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Yeah - its not a new building but the MAB was built in 1923 and obviously serves its purpose for its faculty and clients alike. I could care less about the facilities as Im more interested in getting the help I need with my head , and Dr Berman and his associates are the best in my opinion.

Seriously, I felt like I was in a doctors office in 1980, what a sketchy place, how is this place even a certified clinic. They have signs up all over for clinical trials, like super shady.

First off this is in reference downtown, so if you have mobility issues consider elsewhere. I was out of town and needed a rescue inhaler so called to see if I could get a refill. I was told I needed to be seen. As if my rescue inhaler was opioids. Luckly i travel with prednisone. I cut my vacation a day short and came back for an appt. I was told to arrive 10 min early which means you have to arrive 30 min early just to find parking and get to the suite. Regardless I was on time. Plan to use a restroom prior to going to the suite as you need a key for the bathrooms and may have to go to a different floor depending on. I was then kept waiting for over 40 min. No updates, no excuses, nothing, no offer to take care of the parking or anything. Time is a valuable commodity, once gone its gone. If I wasted 40 min of my customers time I'd be fired. Just as I am firing this group. So inconsiderate of my health and time. Choose wisly when considering your practitioner and their location.
