        Kara Aguilar is an exceptional listener with a lot of compassion and wisdom to share. I never knew it was possible to heal. I never had hope until I started working with her. She has been (extremely) important in my recovery, and video visits are convenient, too!

        I went here for a year and a half. It was great for a long time but then I felt like I was drifting apart from my therapist and that she really wasnt putting much into it anymore. It felt like I wasnt being heard or cared about anymore so I decided to end therapy here. Otherwise it was great at the beginning. Im sure shes a great therapist but just turned out not to be a good fit for me. And I overall do like the company otherwise.
