        She had the audacity to tell me Im not 18 when I was born In 05, then proceeded to lie to me and tell me my package wasnt there and to contact UPS, UPS says the package is there

        This should not be a UPS Access Point. I've tried to get my package 3 times well within their posted business hours and they are ALWAYS CLOSED.
