Modern Tool and Machine

I broke an Easy-Out inside a broken bolt I was trying to remove, and after drilling for a long time and with little to show for it, I called Modern Tool and Machine on a Friday afternoon. Dan made time for me immediately so I could stop by right away. Within minutes, he was able to get the broken bolt out and even retapped the threads for me. Highly recommended, these guys are the best.

Fantastic place! took my "01 Toyota 4Runner there for a difficult welding/structural/transmission issue and they knocked it out of the park. I ended up having them do more work as well.

Buyer beware this has been a 7 month run around. I bought a air compressor on November 6th. they delivered it one week late. We got the compressor and installed it. immediately it had problems .we were told to put in a larger breaker. It's still had trouble. we call them they asked us to work on it. Costing me time and money. We found blown breakers inside the chassis of the compressor. We also found water inside the screw. They said they would send a new screw out. when it got here it was the wrong one and used. At this point I asked for a new compressor. By April I still have not got a compressor. so I Called and ask to talk to the owner of the company. He was on vacation! I asked to talk to a sales Rep but she was on vacation as well. The owner did not call me back. So I asked for a full refund. 3 weeks later I got a refund that was 450 short. I called them again and they said sorry Shipping is not refundable. this is no fault of mine. So beware! this company will sell you junk and charge you to ship it. I spent 4450 with this company. Not counting the time it took my shop to install it and uninstall it and prepare it for shipping. Never again with these guys.
