I was in MN for work and a conference. Twin Cities Car Service Minneapolis has to be the best transport service I have experienced to date. The employees follow "late flights," so you can rest assure that someone will be there to pick you up when your flight eventually arrives. You do not have to stress! I had major delays, and the Service provider new exactly the time and change to my original itinerary. I did not have to call or worry. The provider followed the delays and again made adjustments accordingly. The professionals who work for this service provider are polite, courteous, and extremely kind! I use a lot of different "sedan" airport services throughout the USA, and Twin Cities Car Service, MN is the best! The price was very reasonable, and I selected the roundtrip rate from the airport to my hotel, and then back again. "Totally reasonable rate!" I am a little obsessive, so it was such a wonderful experience to not have to worry about pickups and drop-offs. I would strongly encourage anyone in MN, whether locally or passing through, to utilize this service provider for transportation. I had wonderful chats with individuals transporting me from one location to another. Customer Service above "A+." I give this service provider an "A+" for being trustworthy and what I call "wallet-friendly." You will not be disappointed. So nice to have someone actually text me when my plane landed, and inform me that he was "on the way" to pick me up. Again--VERY HAPPY!

I had a very early flight and had Twin Cities pick me up at 3:30am from my hotel. The driver was a few minutes early and was very professional. Overall I had a good experience with this service. I have no complaints.

Awesome customer service. Ask for Andy. Really friendly and always on time. Love this service. Travel from California monthly. Feels like family is picking me up except these guys are always on time.
