Reelika and he team have been absolutely fantastic to work with for the past few years. As an e-commerce company that had never done paid media before we wanted a small team that we could partner with long term that could grow with us and really understand our business. This is exactly what we found with hilo. We started out with Google PLA ads and have expanded to Facebook ads and now Amazon ads as well. We are able to measure experiments on a week over week basis with a very clear KPI dashboard on our weekly call. This allows us both to be efficient and identify what's working and what's not. While ROAS is different by product and marketplace we were able to launch some accessories and hilo was able to get 1000%+ ROAS within 3 months and now 2 years later the ROAS continues to improve and we were able to roll out new products based mostly on the Hilo team's ability to drive sales day 1.
