This place has terrible customer service. You can never talk to the agent who actually placed the policy, and when you ask questions, they are nonresponsive. In other words, they dont answer the question being asked. I requested a copy of the policy so my HO-6 policy agent could verify the coverages provided by Insurance Warrhouse to make sure they dovetail with what my homeowners policy covers, and they wouldnt send it to me. I wouldve given them zero stars, had I had the opportunity. Absolutely terrible.

They do a good job. We have worked with them 10 years. Im a real estate broker and I often send my customers to insurance warehouse as well for a quote.

I have been with insurance warehouse for about 6-7 yrs now. The very best part about it is my current agent Bri Jones. She is very very professional, polite and, gets everything done very quick. I find it very easy and simple to deal with Bri Jones and I'm not a people person.... Like a lot of us are. I just email her what I need and she does it. Like adding a new car to my insurance. Putting a car into storage. Switching to a different insurance for a better deal. I highly highly recommend Bri Jones if you are going to go with insurance warehouse. I do not know about other agents there but, for me. Bri Jones is hands down the best. She deserves a big raise I believe. You, her employer. Need to understand that you have yourself a very professional employee. Thank you for everything and making my life easier Bri Jones. I give y'all a 6 stars if Google allow it. Because of Bri Jones. Also my wife say thanks for adding her new car to our insurance. Thank you for your time as always !
