        We got a new hybrid furnace/heat pump. Stafford Home Services was great during the process. We had many questions and they thoroughly answered all of them and explained all our options. Doug, Chris, and Sam were very professional and efficient during the installation and Nick was very helpful with explaining our options when providing an estimate. We got multiple estimates and this company was the most transparent and honest. They went over the pros and cons and helped us decide what was best for our needs. No pushy sales gimmicks. They came out multiple times after the install because we had even more questions. Very patient and professional. Will definitely use them for future projects. Choose this company if you need a new heating/cooling system.

        Tony rescheduled two days early! He put on his booties and checked my problem. His troubleshooting was quick and on point. Explained the warranty on his way out. Very satisfied.
