James listened to my needs and gave me comprehensive and easy to understand estimates. No pressure to decide. The day of installation he came out to see how the install was moving along. He was very responsive when I had a question about the rebate and two months after the installation he called to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Very nice person whos easy to deal with. From beginning to end Power Refrigeration & Heating AC was top notch

They replaced our air-conditioning unit. Service and install were done well. We had the whole process explained and all questioned were answered in a timely fashion. They kept us informed about what was going on throughout the entire process. thanks

Called Power Refrigeration & Heating about our usual 3 year, second zone issue. They were out the next day. The technician arrived early and was quick and thorough with the repair. Price was extremely fair. While others were a week or so out, they resolved our issue in no time. The scheduling was just as prompt when making initial contact with them. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.

This was an amazing encounter and Jeff was absolutely spectacular. I told him what I thought the problem was and he made sure to check every possible issue that it could be which was definitely necessary. He asked about my availability and made sure to speed up his assessment when I told him I needed to get back to work. Already signed up for a service plan because I KNOW I will continue to use Power Refrigeration & Heating AC for my new home.
