I signed up for a semi annual maintenance & filter change with Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning. The technician was very friendly and personable. He took care of the filter change and maintenance on my a/c in a prompt and efficient manner. They were referred to me by a couple of neighbors and Im very satisfied with the work.

DO NOT USE THEM! They obviously are not licensed to do HVAC work or to legally pull permits to do the work. We had work done over a month ago, have been calling them daily to find out the status of our permit and they give us the same song and dance. Someone will contact you before the end of the day to update you. We have NEVER received a return call from them after a month of daily calls. Their storefront is an abandoned garage. Theyre liars, cheats and very poor business people. They wont even respond to the City Inspector when he called on our behalf.

Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning came to help us with our dryer vent being blocked; the first time after they came, there were still some remaining issues. However, as soon as I emailed them about it, they came by again and implemented a fix that's now unblocked our vent. Thanks guys for the great customer service!

These technicians did an excellent job in assessing and repairing my AC unit. I was very impressed with their work.Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. They are honest about what they do and go beyond to make their customers happy. Would definitely recommend them.

Jeff was an extraordinary technician who came for my AC tune up. I am a first time homeowner and he was very considerate and patient with any questions I had. He was polished and did a meticulous job! I would recommend Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone!!
