The technician did a great job cleaning our air duct and drier vents. First, he explains what hes doing to clean the entire house. He pays attention to every detail in cleaning each vent and returns. He showed us pictures of before and after on areas where theres so much dirt accumulated over time. Cant believe our drier vents were filled up with so much lint. Glad we had this air duct cleaning done and we will do it again in 7years as recommended. We highly recommend J&R Heating & Cooling. Lastly, you dont have to break the bank to pay for this company since the price is very reasonable. And thats a big plus for us! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

This business is extremely unprofessional and does not honor their contractually obligated agreements. They use a barely coherent 3rd party call center, who have no idea what is going on. The technicians fail with a no call, no show, about 95% of the time. They subcontract out all their work to various levels of incompetent 3rd party technicians. I made the mistake of completing a HVAC and venting install after a couple of missed appointments, and never was able to get a repair appointment after 8 missed appointments. This business promises 5 year warranties on their services, but don't event attempt to reach out, much less make their obligated repair appointments. Avoid this business like the plague. I have no idea who wrote these other reviews, but they must be employees or farmed out to fake accounts. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation

They have always been so pleasant on the phone - they return phone calls quickly. If a technician is going to be later than scheduled, which has only happened once, I was informed in plenty of time and they were so apologetic. The technicians are neat and take care of their own mess and are careful within one's personal space.
