The Chambers Hotel

I gave this hotel a 5 star rating then a couple days after my stay here I get a charge for a beverage in the hotel that I never touched. Took me two days to get a hold of a manager at the hotel to inform them about the charge. When I did get a hold of a manager he seemed almost annoyed that I was calling over $5 and said hed reverse the charge. A month has gone by and I was never refunded. There goes your 5 star rating Chambers Hotel and I wont be returning as my previous post said.

Great location. Terrible service. Terrible room. Terrible accommodations. Terrible time. The room was a nice 90 almost the entire time which was a treat. Internet barely worked. No TV service. The water in the tap and shower seemed chlorine treated and the tap tasted terrible. The gentlemen at the front seemed completely ambivalent to it all. Don't waste your time or money there.

this is by far the worst hotel and experience ive had staying at a hotel in my whole life. ive travelled all over the world. it's April, about 40 degrees outside and the heat is stuck on. it's 80+ degrees in our room and the staffs suggestion is simply to open the windows. too bad there are only two windows in the whole 500sqft apartment and now i'm being assaulted by the sounds and smells of downtown Minneapolis. but the staff won't read this, no one will care and im out hundreds of dollars to have a really bad experience...

Sleep quality effected due to thinking I was turning on the A/C... switched it to "cool" and still was running the heater ALL NIGHT. woke up to 80+ degrees in my room... turned it completely off... cracked windows and salvaged another hour of sleep maybe. Told the staff about it, was not asked room number/name anything... "it's an older hotel... if it's unbearable, we can move you rooms..." No offer of refund / credit / checking on it... nothing... just "well, it is what it is"

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location ! Would recommend!
