        I was excited to stay at this hotel due to its beautiful finishes but customer service and management absolutely drove me away due to discrimination I had proper documentation for me and my dogs service a.k.a. and they refused and offered no compensation or refund ,refusing an animal service dog is a federal crime in which they will be hearing from me soon. Orlando was completely uneducated with the dog laws Not realizing Ive been in the industry for 6 years..
