        The woman that checked us in seemed distracted. When we got our keys, I asked which way we needed to go to get to our room and all she said was to take the elevator. I ended up having to look up the hours for the pool and breakfast because she never told us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.

        Overall this hotel was incredibly good. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were overall very clean (more later on), the breakfast was quite diverse, and the mini-store was helpful. Now for the bad parts: -The parking is very, very expensive ($22 per day for my trip) -The breakfast milk was curdled (I never tried it any subsequent mornings) -There was a rather large amount of mold growing in the shower in our room (502). -The TV speaker was having weird popping noise issues occasionally As for the cleanliness of the rest of the room, it was quite clean. I black-light every hotel room I go to and this was one of the cleanest beds I have seen in quite some time. The only issue was the mold in the bathroom which I assume had started to grow because the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was struggling. Safety: The hotel itself had locked doors that required key entry for the main and back entrances. The mold growths in the bathroom would probably be a safety concern though.

        This was my first experience traveling cross the country, let alone doing it by myself. This is was a great place to stay, super accommodating, great location near the light rail that connects the twin cities and overall just a great place.

      Hi Antonio, upon reviewing your past reservation, yes you are correct your credit card was authorized for $75 for security deposit and this was released when you checked out. My recommendation is to call your bank and see when they are going to release the authorization. On our end, you didn't have any charges and your room was prepaid, so we released the authorization.
