      We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied, but are you sure you meant to leave this for us? We're a model railroad museum, our layout doesn't have"shelves". If you're referring to our gift shop, there's not a single empty shelf in it? We'd happily have refunded your money if you weren't satisfied with your visit, but we don't have any record of you in our system.
