        Its great when you call the number on your card or places that accept this insurance then you go to apply to those said places and then they deny you saying they dont take your insurance. Its also great when they just outright refuse to cover your medication costs. Especially when it costs over 2K per refill. This company literally is playing with your lives. And just like the other reviews you see on here any and every place will stare in confusion at your card and then have the nerve to ask if theres another card to show. The only reason Im with this provider is because of my job. Seek otherwise it will be less of a headache

        An absolute abomination. They cannot process claims in 2 months. They leave clients hanging for heath insurance. It too 2+months for me to get a simple infusion. Now they want to change the pharmacy and provider on my insurance and it's taken another 2 months to figure this out! So extremely frustratin

      Hello Mr. McCauley,Sorry for your frustration but these concerns sound like misunderstandings: Your medical network (such as Cigna or Aetna) is printed clearly on your ID card for your provider to see. It shouldn’t matter if they’ve heard of HealthEZ or not. Please just ask them to look at the card again.We aren’t an insurance company so we don’t have a profit incentive to deny care or medications. We administer your employer’s self-insured health plan and will process a claim for any medication or service covered by that plan. But if a drug is not covered by that plan we cannot. If your medication is not covered by your health plan, there may be alternatives or other solutions. Just call and we’ll do all we can to explain further and help you get what you need. Our member experience number is listed on your ID card.Again, sorry for the misunderstandings. We’re happy to help you so please call.
