        Im not sure what others are speaking to when saying this place is not good to work for or have your family taken care of by. I work here and adore the staff and managers and I know very well that they all care so very much about all of the clients and their families. I adore Adara.

        If you are looking for a first time CNA position this is a good fit. And if you like crazy hours this is for you. If you do not like crazy hours and an unorganized schedule I would not work here. There were many, many complaints about the staff from clients. Expect to work and get paid. But don't expect any appreciation from it. Adara needs to come up with something to keep there aids there so that they are motivated and actually want to wake up in the morning and work. Maybe every once in awhile host a gathering and show the appreciation for everyone that works there. Because as an aid I felt very left out.
