        Superstores and building centers are great for the masses, but when you need a specific size and type of bolt or some other particular tool it's great to have a real hardware store with people who know a grade 8 from a grade 5 and NC from NF. Thanks for being just around the corner!

        Super helpful and very kind in the store, but acted like it was a massive inconvenience and were suuuuuper snippy on the phone when I called with a literal "yes or no" question regarding a paint color they mixed for me
