Kanika is very talented. Her hands are truly a gift from God. I read a previous review, and thought that is so true. You won't want to go to anyone else. This is a blessing and a curse for a master stylist. The demand for her services are great, so you may have to wait longer or reschedule. The point is Kanika doesn't rush once you get in her seat. I didn't get a chance to use this business. The reason is because Kanika did not acknlowledge me as her client. My appointment was at 11:30. I waited on her for 40 minutes. It was 12:10 when I finally asked the receptionist how long is my wait for Kanika. She went to ask Kanika and she said I need to rescedule. Reschedule? I told her to that I wish I would have known that before I drove all the way from Eden Prairie. I believe this is unprofessional. If she would have acknowledged that I was there. At least come out to say, hello, you know what I may be late" then I would have appreciated that. No acknowledgement or personal responsibility for being late. Sorry, but I had to give you all one star.
