Service was fast-ish.
Personally think the stylists need to chit-chat a LOT less. Or at least do it while they work. I noticed irritation on TWO clients faces because their stylist decided to stop and fiddle with their own pigtails, or do these extreme hand gestures repeatedly while attempting to tell some crazy over the top story.

Got a simple beard trim and came out with an uneven beard and bald spots.
Stylists were sloppy and used buzz cutters instead of scissors on clean up that ended up shaving more of my beard than I wanted. Unable to be fixed since it would require shaving down more hair to compensate the mistake.
Stylist didnt acknowledge his error and left before I could bring it up as I got waxing done immediately after the beard trim.
Overall be careful when going here be very communicative about what areas you do or do not want to be touched up. They will decide for you and youll end up paying the price with a spotty beard and hair.
Dakotah I admit does wonderful waxing services, only highlight of the experience.
