        Can't actually talk to anyone... drove all the way there, and absolutely NO place to park.... having no communication verbally made it extremely difficult, and the parking problem could have been resolved had it been communicated... in that area, you can't just park your car anywhere... so I left...

        Hello shelley. So sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. I would like to explain and hope it helps. We do have communication ! We are an independent salon so each stylist is there own boss. Everyone has email, phone number listed on the website. This is all explained on our website. As for the parking lake street is under massive construction which they have not been clear with business owners what is going in so its hard to navigate until it is over .hope this helpsThank you
