Came here and my hair was done well but due to the hostility/rudeness I dont see myself returning. First time I came here I was welcomed by a big violently barking dog. I quickly ran out and one of the ladies inside laughingly said I should not worry about it. Then while my hair was being done the same thing happened to the person who walked in after me. If your dog is not well trained, barks and lunges towards your customers may be have it on a leash and away from the door. Its not funny. The second time I came here, I booked an appointment an hour to the allotted time. When I walked in the woman I assume is the owner/manager began angrily ranting that I shouldnt book appointments that close to the time. May be I shouldnt have done that but it will be helpful if you stated that on your website or show the time as unavailable. How else am I to know the time you say is available on your website is unavailable?

I always leave the salon satisfied with my hair! I have had several sew-ins and they always looks natural and so pretty. I always get complimented on my hair! Booking an appointment is easy and I absolutely love the new location! Im excited to see whats in store for the future of this salon as it serves its community.
