We had an exterior project that included multiple components: siding, roofing, new gutters, new windows. Cristian worked with us to understand what we wanted and ensure that the end product fit our needs. We made changes mid-project that Cristian and team could meet. Overall - very happy and satisfied with the end result and highly recommend Northrup.

Northrup and specifically our contractor Ron were wonderful to work with. They really looked out for us as the client and managed our expectations professionally and helpfully. We added a second floor which was a huge project for us - during the pandemic - and are so incredibly happy with the results. Our only regret was that we took on hiring some of the trades ourself, when in hindsight, should have just done everything through Northrup (which Ron tried to warn us about ahead of time). We have nothing but good things to say, are happy to answer any questions about specifics, and would certainly recommend Ron and Northrup again and again. Our home makes us so happy and we are truly grateful for the professional and personal help and expertise we had every step of the way.

We are very satisfied with the work Northrup Remodeling completed. They replaced our roof, gutters, and window trims. Everything was done on time and on budget (which was very reasonable; we compared with other companies too). They were very responsive and easy to communicate to. We used Northrup to remodel our bathroom and guest bedroom. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship and the attention to detail. They were also the most competitive bid we received too! We also used them for reconstructing our back porch. Would gladly hire them again! We did a major remodel on our 1927~1 1/2 story bungalow in South Minneapolis adding a dormer, new kitchen, master suite and 2 bathrooms. It was a 6 month project and was on point, on time, and beautiful workmanship throughout the 6 month process. Their quality workmanship married our built-ins with the new woodwork, cabinets and kept the character of the bungalow.
