Correspondence from start to finish was very prompt. A strong effort was made to be clear about the nature of the bid and the nature of the work. Importantly, the work was done very well. Those doing the work were pleasant and listened to my comments. I am happy with the result - I now have a fence gatepost that works!

I emailed the company on a Sunday about a small fence panel repair and heard back from Nick that night! When I got home on Monday the fence was fixed. I emailed Nick about payment and he said it only took him 7 minutes and he didn't want payment! I insisted, and he asked me to make a donation to a neighborhood food shelf instead. The world needs more people like Nick Jentsch. Please consider KNO Woodworks for your next project or repair!

Nick and Matt at KNO Woodworks are the best in the business. We contracted with KNO to build a privacy fence for our backyard and they built the exact fence that we had imagined. In addition to building a perfect fence, these two are outstanding people, great to work with and extremely fast. They showed up on time, worked all day and finished a larger fence in 2 days. Not only do I highly recommend this company and Nick/Matt specifically, I think it would be a mistake to trust anyone else with your fence project. We did and we got burned. I will happily tell everyone that their fence project should start and end with KNO.

Amazing work! They matched the current fence configuration on-site. On time for estimate and day of work. Completed the work in a very short time removing existing fence and putting in a new one adding a gate which we never had in the 20+ years the old fence existed. Workers were pleasant and efficient. Great Job.
