Park Nicollet Clinic Minneapolis

Needed to get some urgent blood work done. The receptionist/lab tech (same person checked me in & drew my blood) was not clear in her instructions about whether I was supposed to follow her, sit down, when I should leave, etc. Expect to ask questions and be an advocate for yourself if employees aren't communicating clearly.

I've had nothing but a great experience here. But today, I wanted to give a shoutout to Jaimon on the phone for being kind, respectful, and empathetic towards my situation. He had a joyous spirit that was genuine and he took away so much of my stress after figuring it out. Thank you Jaimon! HP please recognize and appreciate Jaimon.

Come here often for visits with my PCP - have never had an issue and they're always pretty quick to get you in. Thank you to the staff!

Park nicollet clinic failed me back in 2022 I was a scared 18 yr who had just found out I was pregnant I went to the front desk trying to schedule an appointment to figure this all out when I was treated like a piece of trash the clinic was soon to close and I guess the woman at the desk decided to be as rude patronizing about me being confused and scared on what to do and I told her I was thinking about abortion and she looked at me in disgust and said "we don't be that here and to try planned Parenthood" at the time I didn't know to ask for a ultrasound to see how far along I was. I had already been terrified about finding out I was pregnant and her reaction prompted me to get an abortion that I will always regret. if only she showed a hint of compassion and said let's get you an obgyn appointment or something like that things would have been different. I mentally wasn't ready to make that decision when I walked into that clinic I hoped for whoever was giving me service to just see how scared I was and to genuinely talk to me but instead I got the worst person I could that day I don't remember her name but I will never forget her face
