I was referred to Mr. Kretchmer/Zak by a friend. He was able to simplify a fairly complex custody situation that other attorneys I met with said would take several months to a year or more. Zak is an excellent listener and was always prepared. His writing skills are second to none. He kept me updated throughout the process without charging $500 for each email like some other attorneys have in the past. Mr. Kretchmer is kind, but firm when necessary. My difficult ex did not phase Zak. In the end, everything we motioned for was ruled in our favor. Child support for my daughter was doubled accordingly. Most importantly, my daughter is safe. Thank you Zak.

I would not recommend Zach. I provided documentation to him that he simply ignored. I received minimal child support for the last 5 years. Not only did that affect me...it affected my children. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire someone that would fight for the best interest for me and my kids. Unfortunately, that was not Zach.

Zack is a horrible attorney, he's arrogant and condescending stay away. All he did was charge an arm and a leg and gave me horrible advice. In a divorce you lose a lot but he cost me so much more including my relationship with my kids. Always pushed instead of being supportive. You should do this, you should do that, I put my life in his hands and he destroyed it more.
