When I started with the company I was happy with the details in which I was receiving. I felt things where happening in a timely manner. About 6 mo into the case I felt I was not getting the information that was needed. I stayed with the company because I felt this is what was needed and everyone hits a standstill. It wasnt till I began thinking. Why am I paying all this money for no return calls or emails. No invoices. I had meeting set up but the lawyer wouldnt show. It wasnt till I changed lawyers that I began to see what timely results were. I still waiting for an refund/invoice of my funds. When this company is on top of its games, I was very happen in the beginning. I hope they are able to get the personal issues taken care of and go back to the lawyer firm I was told was so great..

5 years and counting. No invoice, will not return money owed. Just trying to wait us out again so we just go away. That's not going to happen. I was told they targeted Veterans such as myself.

Ridiculous. My case was 5 years ago and I'm still suffering from this firms manipulation.

Staci is an amazing attorney. She is fair and gives realistic advice. Some attorneys tell you what you want to hear only to find those options arent available or its not realistic expectation. I felt they were very transparent. Hire them for a honest attorney thats reasonable financially.

If you make an appointment here be sure to have extra time set aside just incase you dont get to speak to anyone on the day you are suppose to.
