        We hosted my sister in law's bridal shower here - and had a wonderful experience. We were in the larger room, but both rooms are beautiful. Service and food were great. We got so many compliments! Thanks French Meadow for a great event! Highly recommend.

        I've always had amazing experiences with french meadow and the restaurant, so I thought this would be the perfect place for my intimate wedding. I emailed french meadow about booking nord social hall for my super quick and small intimate ceremony, and the person I spoke with via email was extremely rude. When I asked if we could set up a video call or phone call to go over fees and details, they told me that I needed to pay the deposit before doing so. I wasn't about to hand over two thousand dollars before knowing more about the space or even seeing it. Suddenly when I looped in my photographer and florist, their tune changed instantly. If you don't want people to book weddings, don't advertise them on your website.

      Hi Marilyn,I apologize you took what I said to mean you had to pay the deposit before we could move forward with anything else, that is not at all how I meant for my response to be taken. This is how I responded to your email, which suggests me putting together a proposal (which is an estimation of your cost for your specifications) as well as suggested times to come for a tour to which I never heard back -"I am out of town but....do have someone showing the spaces.... She has availability this Thursday 10am, 10:30, or 11am and also next Wednesday 3-6. If you look over the menus and give me a general idea of a menu, I can put together a proposal for you. Also, I will need the est. guest count and time frame you will be renting the space. I can give you a pretty good idea of pricing if you give me that information. Please let me know if you'd like to get on her calendar."Perhaps you misread my email. If you would like further assistance, I am happy to have a phone call.
