        I am still waiting 6 weeks for an installation of a sound system. Twice geek squad messed up the appointment. No one can tell me when to expect the installation now. In 35 years of being in business, maybe the most unprofessional, incompetent customer service I have ever experienced.

        Best Buy is allowing felons and criminals who steal cell phones to bring it in, charge them $39 and they jail break $1k phones. No questions asked. No information required. Best Buy needs to look into their Geek Squad protocols and make changes!

        Their geek squad is a waste of time. Was on the phone with them for a very long time asking for a manager and the representative refused to do so. Would only put me on hold and go around the problem. Had to go in person to a store to ask for assistance. That is what you get when a company like Best buy has a customer service team located in another country in exchange of cheap labor.

        Nothing but lies from customer service or they hang up on you. Placed an order on the 25th of March for pick-up on 2nd of April and nothing. Got 3 different stories from representatives about why it's not here and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't buy anything from them ever again.
