        Took about thirty items here they faded and shrunk half my clothes will never use again. I told them dry clean only. They washed and dried all of my three hundred dollar Nike Tech fleeces I took years collecting and ruined them.

        Very disappointed in the customer service here. I have gone to the Silverlake on Silverlake rd. For many years. They moved this store with the store on 37th off Silverlake rd. When they transferred the clothing to this location they lost 2 of my dry cleaning orders. This was in 2021 I went there several times seeing if they maybe found my clothing with no luck. They texted me now and said I had 2 orders there please pick up. I went today to get the clothing they lost for 3 years. I asked for a discount on the bill and the owner said NO .... full price. I will not ever use this place again. Not good customer service.

      Hi Kimberly You had dropped off your clothes at the St Anthony location in 2020 and we have contacted you a number of times in this period but to no avail, as per Minnesota law we are responsible to hold your clothes only for a month and instead of being greatful you wanted your clothes for free .You did not even have a receipt so please be appreciative of what was done for you .
