Zixuan, we appreciate your frustration. When you first pointed out that there was a change to the color of your sweater, we agreed to pay for an analysis of your sweater and send it to the International Textile Analysis Laboratory which is used Nation wide. The analysis came back with these findings "All testing shows the dyes and finishes on the fabric are durable to dry cleaning at this time. Tests fail to show the presence of any foreign sizing, dye, soil or other residue which would alter the color. Colorfastness testing shows no fading and that all dyes are colorfast. The base sweater fabric matches the button and the thread". Once you were presented with this analysis, you mentioned that it also shrank. We then paid a second time to sent to ITAL for a second analysis. These are the findings from the second analysis " It is known a knitted fabric will stretch from the normal tensions and stress placed on during wear. When the article is subjected to the agitation of any cleaning process the somewhat stretched fabric can relax back, known as relaxation shrinkage, causing the garment to feel a little different or snug fitting. This is typical for a knit, especially a washable knit fabric and usually not enough to cause a complete loss in size. The evidence on this sweater indicates that some very slight relaxation shrinkage may have occurred from normal wear and care, but it is not appreciable or out of line for a knit such as this. The uniformity of the fabric and the general excellent texture and appearance shows it has been properly handled in the last care process."Both of these analysis were provided to you for your records. We 100% take responsibility when we have done something wrong to cause damage to a garment. As stated when we spoke, you are more than welcome to find a 3rd party to do another analysis and let us know if they have different findings.
