dirty and unhygienic. you have to watch them while they're working because they will drop tools on the dirty floor and then pick them up and try to reuse them in your mouth with the same gloves on. unprofessional + no bedside manner. the dentist is very short with you and will explain absolutely nothing about what you should anticipate or what he is doing inside your skull. he is incredibly rude and his demeanor gives the vibe that he is annoyed he had to show up and do his job. if you ask questions about what the plan is or what he is doing, he is incredibly short with you and sounds exasperated about the fact that he even has to interact with you. if you are like me and have extreme dental anxiety which has caused you to skip routine dental exams, they will seemingly go out of their way to make you feel inferior. as a matter of fact, they don't care about or even ask about any dental anxiety or fears you may have or what they can do to alleviate them like true professionals would. they do not offer learning materials or volunteer any information to help you prepare for procedures, and expect you to come in somehow knowing exactly what to expect. the doctor even told me to just choose for myself whether i wanted all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once or just one at a time when i asked for his professional advice. i have never had an extraction so having a professional opinion regarding that scenario would have been invaluable to me. they even expect you to do their job for them and use the sucky thing to suck water out of your own mouth since they are too short staffed to even have an assistant present to do that. they also LOUDLY shamed me for not having routine cleanings and LOUDLY, SLOWLY counted the amount of fillings i needed for the whole office to hear (there are no walls) instead of being professional and just doing their job without bias, like a true professional would. all this office has done is make my dental anxiety way worse. not only that but they CREATED dental anxiety in my 6yr old child because during their visit, the dentist not only rudely and falsely accused us of not brushing/flossing but also pulled out a needle and announced to my 6yr old with approximately zero tact or bedside manner that the procedure required shots. when my child began crying in fear (because we were all taken aback as we had not been told about this beforehand at all so that we could adequately prepare ourselves and our child) the dentist said in a judgemental and rude tone that my child would need to "go somewhere else and be put to sleep if they're going to cry about it". i kept giving them chances thinking my expectations were just too high or it was a fluke because of the good reviews, but only one of the people we saw here had even one iota of professionalism. everyone else besides the receptionists who are great were just generally unpleasant. edit: even tho i'm anonymous on google they still called me and fired me as a patient within moments of leaving this negative but completely honest and truthful review instead of taking the opportunity to make things right. absolute clown shoes
