TMD, Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine Clinic

Recepionist is rude, dr moana is even ruder and does not listen. He gaslights you and walks out after 5 mins of talking bs . Probably one of those dentist who like the money but not the work. 5 mins and i drove out pretty far to be treated like that. Do not see dr moana or whatever his name is i would like to forget that whole experience

Drove the 45 minutes to get here overall an hour of my time to pay and park and walk to this facility. I was never told that it would cost money for them to adjust the 1,000 plus mouth guard I just got that has been causing me pain everytime I wear it. I did not check with my insurance company because I wasnt told to bring my card or that it would be charged. My insurance wont cover todays visit and I left without any help. Be more informative over the phone, my primary dentist doesnt charge me for adjusting my bite or mouth guards, and I am extremely upset I drove all this way and made a special visit for nothing to happen.

Very kind and caring staff and receptionists. They dont believe in ableism and help protect peoples best/ healthiest interests. Also the care I receive for physical therapy is amazing, my PT nurse is very kind and incredibly informative about my disorder. Also thank you to the receptionists for all the work you do, and the kindness and compassion you have for patients health and safety. You all are great. Id recommend this clinic to friends with similar issues for TMD, etc.

My initial appointment was a TMD consultation. I was diagnosed with it over a decade ago and all this appointment did was confirm that yes, I still have it. The doctor probably spent 10 minutes with me total, no imaging or scans of any sort were done and I was sent home with instructions to massage it daily. Thanks, so helpful for my chronic pain. Then the clinic failed to bill it properly to my insurance. We were unable to reach anyone in billing for TWO MONTHS, and the front desk lady literally said there is no people up there for us (me and insurance) to talk to, and continued sending us to a voicemail that wasnt being checked. Only after I threatened filing an appeal with my insurance did someone finally contact me, not a half hour later. They finally resubmitted the claim under the proper clinic name a total of 3 months after my appointment. Needless to say I will not be going through them for any physical therapy or any future appointments. Unfortunately this means starting from square one with another clinic and paying for another consultation to confirm I have TMD (for the third time.) An extremely disappointing and expensive experience with absolutely no progress made for my daily pain.
