I have been trying to set up an appointment at this place for several months. Every time I call, I get a different response:
1) We only book a month out, try again next month
2) we only book by the week, but well put you on a waiting list (without asking for your contact information such as name and phone number) and you can try again next week
3) Ill check if theres any available (pauses 2 seconds) nope no appointments but you can try calling every day to see if it changes we only look day to day.
Ive gotten the run around so many times. From taking more than 3 days to get a call back, to several unanswered voicemails. This place seems to not be accepting people who are not minorities or they seem to not be accepting
new patients at all. But wont say it.
All in all the customer service by the receptionists has been horrible. They do not even try to do their job or check the schedule or give any kind of consistent or accurate information. Its a shame, because I have heard the service is good. Apparently that Only extends to the dental staff themselves.
They also ask you completely inappropriate questions over the phone such as: What is your sexual orientation? Why does a dentist need to know that in order to clean my teeth?
If youre looking for a new dental home.. look elsewhere. You will only be met with frustration and shady run around tactics.

Front tooth saved and repaired with tooth- tinted filling gsubstance. NOT easy her name : Dr Ashcan. because only a stub of natural tooth remained. Lady dentist did excellent job and hername is Dr dentisr

Josselin was fantastic with me and patient. Dr.Adamczak was also great. I'm grateful for everything. I was treated with respect. This will be my place

Mina is an excellent dentist and it is easy to tell that he is passionate about his work. Looking forward to seeing him again soon for my next cleaning. Thank you!
