        I have never heard of a dentist office refusing to service a customer! I called to schedule a appointment for a second opinion that my insurance pays for so that I can get a cleaning that my insurance also pays for and this dentist office refused to service me! This dentist office needs to be reported to human services or the BBB or both! Update I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion at Chicago Lake Dental and easy peasy! They did a second opinion with no problem and scheduled me for a cleaning! You don't need a specialist for a second opinion! This dentist just didn't want to help me! Also if you notice there is a pattern! Read all of the reviews and you will notice If you don't give them a good review they claim they don't know you as a patient!

        My experience at Pioneer Dental has always been great. Dr. Malik and the staff are willing to take the time to answer questions and explain the procedures and why they are needed. Excellent dental experience.

      We take these matters very serious and you are not a patient of record. You had question that a specialty office could answer more efficiently. We directed you to them for a second opinion, as your primary dentist recommended periodontal work. You were okay with us suggesting, so I am not sure where this is coming from. We wish you all the best in the future.
