      image They are so horrible and they dont have great customer service and I dont recommend for any of my friends or family.. they dont solve any issues on time! Like other bank they have 24/7 assistant but wings dont and when you call during the day like Normal Tuesday they took forever to answer your call! I hate this bank so much they are so annoying!

      Hello and thank you for this feedback. We can't comment on account specifics over a public forum, so unsure on the specific issues you mention, but do want to make sure you're aware we do have 24/7 services for emergencies (like fraud for example). Our call center is open 6 days a week otherwise and we offer a variety of ways to contact us (online chat, phone, sms texts) and try to provide as many digital offerings as possible for anything else - such as our advanced Express Teller machines.       Hello Jonol, we do know there was a recent widespread outage that affected many services/websites across the world that created difficulty for members across a few days. We believe it's straightened out now.       image If a debt buyer contacts wings, they charge $100 fee for recieving a letter. As often as they want to check your account wings takes $100 of the top every time, then charge overdraft fees. I had $60 in my account so wings just made me $-130. I was $900 short on rent with 2 days to pay, now im $1750 short. At least they waited until afterbl Christmas. I'm on assistance so legally they can't touch my income but it's not like I can afford legal help. Waited on hold for an hour to speak to them and they hung up instantly. I owed $1000 and kept making payments for a year but defaulted. Debt buyer paid $30 for the account and got a judgment for $2700+ and counting + wings take. My childs accounts were drained to. She only had $30 but that probably hit the hardest.
