Horrible service. My doctor's put a request for surgery in a month ago and Sedgwick just ghost me and the doctors! They won't pick up calls, return mine or doctors voicemails or texts. Unacceptable, unprofessional and uncaring for people's well being who are in chronic pain and need major surgeries!

Very slow to take action , very slow communication

This Insurance company covers just about nothing in the storage units we rent just the fact that the units are not kept up and they leak and there's damage to all properties and they cover it but yet they really don't they take your property and devalue it to almost nothing and that's after five years of paying for insurance and storage on the unit they think they can just value your property at below its cost or value they are cheap they don't care about people or anybody they make you go in and prove where damage is in what it's caused from you have to prove everything and then after you do that they break your claim down to peanuts they are the most non-caring insurance company you will ever deal with and if you take out insurance with them you get nothing no matter what your damages are it's actually criminal to even deal with this company this company should not even be in existence as far as I'm concerned even if you pay over the value of what's in your Storage unit over the years they cover nothing and what they do cover they break down and devalue it to almost pennies the way they operated or the way they operate I should say is sinful and criminal don't ever take them serious his insurance company because you'll just be throwing your money away like I did everything I said here is true they will be your biggest nightmare to ever deal with till you're exhausted and don't even care but you know what I care everything I've stated here is trueStacy Kehoe GoskiI have been dealing with them for three years now and all I want is some of the value of my property back and I'm an easy person to deal with but they are cruel and impossible people to work with the claims reps our vultures they don't care
