        This building has two of the worst maintained walk areas in the winter. The ramp on W River Pkwy is a treachorous ice sheet constantly and the stairs located the south corner is a miniature Mt. Everest.

        7 years ago i was in the building and bought a pack of M&M's with a $20 and got $7 in change, i didn't notice till i got back to my office, The next day i went again with a $20 bill and got $7 in change, i called the guy out and he gave me the missing $10 and said it was a mistake, i told my coworkers and one co worker, brian, got short changed a few days later but he was on the lookout for it and called the guy out. The building is cool but dont go to the convenience shop in the lobby
