        DO NOT GO TO ABBOTT NORTHWESTERN HOSPITAL!!! Their surgeon literally let patients bleed out over night and fall asleep with their hands in the patients s wounds (Its been recorded for proof so there is proofsearch their hospital name on TikTok) The nurses pass blame and the doctors do not respond to patients pain or serious medical conditions(the patient is paralyzed and needed emergency surgery). Please if you love your family members DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. They are beyond negligent and the surgeon needs to be fired and no longer allowed to practice!!!

        Issues with schedulers not communicating well with clinic staff and scheduling the incorrect types of MRI appointment three times. They have called me 8 times now for help resolving their coordination issues. Super frustrating. Update: I called the help desk number, and the operator said they are unable to help me and that I need to coordinate between the clinic and imaging center. When I asked if there was an office or clinic manager they could connect me with, they said they can't do that. Coordination between the clinic and imaging center that are both Allina owned, seems like an Allina Health back office issue for you to resolve.

        My husband stepped on a nail at a parking lot of a theater, went to an urgent care to update his tetanus and to make sure nothing else was needed to be done. They gave us paperwork to have the theater fill it out. There were multiple back and forth discussions via phone calls initiated by my husband to Allina Health, BCBS, and the theater to figure out the payment. How is it so hard for these companies to communicate with each other and figure this out? The employees of these companies do NOT care. Theyll say all this mumbo jumbo to make it sound like itll be done but after you hang up, its like they magically forget and you find out later they never did anything about it. Luckily it was only around $25 on our part. My husband just decided to pay for it to get it over with. What a hassle. Its ridiculous.
