I strongly caution you before signing a deal with this company. Im a small business owner (franchisee) who signed a scope of work deal with this company to open a biz. Its been nearly 2 years since our opening, and theyve failed to give me access to my own playback footage (while they retain the access themselves). The employee that was initially supposed to provide me this access is no longer at the company. Incidentally, my franchisor apparently stopped providing them with national business, so theyve essentially told me (via inaction and lack of response) that they dont want to complete this one last tiny detail of the agreed upon scope of work. HIK-Vision (the camera company that New Era installed) said it would be a quick phone call from New Era for them to make the change and sign over access to me. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING! Especially if you are just a small biz owner working your hardest to grow and succeed! For example, Ive had an internal issue with theft recently, and this New Era branch refuses to help me gain access to playing back my own footage. The New Era admin just suggested that I change my locks and security codes.
