I signed a contract with Concrete Coatings of Minnesota and they didn't show up the morning they were booked. They do not answer their business phone - it always goes to voice mail. I had to track down Ashley, the scheduler, and she said they'd arrive by 2:00. They didn't arrive - and no one called me to let me know they wouldn't be on time. I had to call her again and she said they'd arrive by 6:00 pm. No one showed up. That evening the owner left me an long odd convoluted voice mail accentually saying "stuff happens" and they were not coming that evening. They were also scheduled to come the next day to finish my job so I thought they'd arrive to actually start my job. No word from anyone - so I called the owner and Ashley and I texted her - yet no response at all. I my opinion, based on my experience, this company has terrible communication skills and really doesn't care if they are on time or if the customer is waiting around all day for them to arrive. There are certainly better companies out there to hire. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and would never consider hiring them in the future. UGH!

Concrete Coatings of Minnesota is an honest company who provides a top quality service. We recently had Ryan and his crew install a concrete coating on our three car garage floor. I could not be more happy with the quality of the work! After grinding down the concrete to prep the floor, he discovered moisture that was coming up from the concrete. Instead of trying to just slap on the coating, Ryan was honest and told us that it had to dry out first. He came out two more times on separate days to check if the floor was dry and ours was just taking a bit more time. Never once did he try and rush the job. It took over a week to dry out, but when they finally came do get the coating on, they did very quick and flawless work. He even leveled out some uneven spots on the floor before applying the coating. Ryan was responsive to all my questions from the get go, and I never doubted my choice in companies. I highly recommend using Concrete Coatings of Minnesota for any floor coating job!

Our floors look awesome. Ryan and his team were friendly and Ryan explained the whole process to me. Ryan is very responsive and they are good at what they do. I hope this lasts for decades. Got on their schedule just 3 weeks after the free quote.
