Even one star is too much for them, They fixed our drive way 2 years ago and it had a lot of problems and they never fixed it, no responsible person in the whole company, sorry to have business with them.

Like others have stated here the scheduling issues are vast and in my opinion unacceptable. The job was sold in April of 2017, quoted to be finished in June. By mid June and after many, many phone calls I finally decided to cancel the work. The owner assured me that the job would be done swiftly and done well and I decided to proceed with the work since I didn't want to find another contractor. On June 22nd my driveway was ripped out and was left as gravel for nearly 8 weeks before being completed in late August, which was only after many more phone calls asking when this job would be completed. Finally the job was completed but it was not done in to my satisfaction. The driveway is full of many wavy areas including large humps and huge dips. There are roller marks all over the driveway and the main seam was done very poorly. They also pulled dirt up into the mix and drug it up half of the driveway leaving a dirty appearance. Additionally a lot of water pools up in multiple areas and the edges got really thin in multiple places. I had the job inspected by a 3rd party and they were pretty clear that the job was sub par quality and suggested I ask them to tear it out and start over. I did have the owner out and they said that it was a hard driveway and it was to their standards. They did offer a free seal coat for the trouble and reiterated the 10-year warranty I have but didn't address or fix any of the very noticeable structural and cosmetic issues. I could not in good faith recommend this company to anybody.

Don't go with these guys. They screwed up my concrete apron, had to redo it. Didn't refund me the extra couple hundred bucks I was charged for the extra concrete that they took out for footings that they didn't replace after they tore the first apron out. They said it was "no big deal." They admitted that they didn't have their A crew doing the work. They aren't backing their "warranty" and do not return calls. NOT a class act. I also have a huge seam in the middle of my driveway.

If I could give zero stars, I would. You are probably searching this company because you got a flyer in the mail. Do not use this company! We had Knox repave our side parking area next to our garage. We were having major drainage issues in the winter and it was getting dangerous with ice patches. We told them that we wanted the spot graded so that water would roll down the driveway and into the alley. After they came and paved, we did a water test and noticed that the grading wasn't correct so they had to come back and redo it soon after. They were only there for no more than 10-15 minutes which seems like a very short amount of time to fix such a big mistake. After they finished the work we followed their care and parking instructions perfectly. We never parked a car on the driveway for over a year. Shortly after a year we started getting major potholes and the grading was no longer working because the water was sinking into the potholes. When the snow started melting and freezing, we were worse off than before we repaved. I emailed Knox a detailed report of the issue and they never contacted me. I then called and they told me they would come out to look at my driveway. They told me they would be out within the week and then never showed up. I had to call again and was promised the same and once again they never showed up. I called a third time and finally got someone to come out. I was then called and told there was no sign of ware or potholes and that they would not fix anything. Do not use this company. Their customer service is awful, the quality is bad, and they do not honor their warranty. I let them know by a final email that I was very upset at their unwillingness to work with me on the issue and their poor customer service. I told them I would be leaving negative reviews wherever I could. I never got a response so I guess they're not concerned about a bad reputation.

They did my neighbors driveway. Looks absolutely terrible.
